Asian Diet Therapy
Increase Energy and Lose Weight with Chinese Dietary Therapy
Chinese Dietary Therapy is based on the energetic principles to encourage balance within the body, free disease, and uplift energy through a diet that mirrors the constitution of each patient. Asian Dietary Therapy is a complex practice that identifies and treats the underlying patterns of imbalance. The key to creating an optimal diet and a lifestyle change that will stick is through dietary therapy that factors in the conditions that patients suffer from, rate of their metabolism, climate they live in, their current state of emotional and physical health and well-being, and family history of illness and good health.
Furthermore, as individuals we all have different health patterns. Some patients are blessed with good health and minimal illness where others suffer from illness frequently.
These are all factors I consider when creating a change in dietary therapy that will bring a quality of life to each patient.
I will strategically choose foods based on the patients’ pathologies and will further determine whether the patient suffers from deficiencies and or excess the ultimately results in the determined diagnosis.
